on the workbench
can not resist to show you what I put together yesterday. A Hero on a pegasus for my empire army, and a scout-walker for my epic 40K army (if I ever have the time to start with that project)
found an old box with demonworld miniatures in the garage. It had a couple of pegasy in it. I used a couple of their wings. maybe the wings are a little too small to carry a hores and armoured man, but i think the result is not too bad.
Oh, hang on, you're building a 20mm Empire army for Warmaster? Cool! I've done much the same for Warmaster Ancients - Double DBA armies with a few extra elements to make 1000 WMA pt armies.
Really brilliant stuff Jack! I really love the walker. I might have to round up some bits and try something similar for some wierd WWII. Your Empire army has impressed a friend of mine who was a die hard GW fan. He now wishes he had done his army up in 20mm.
Brilliant stuff. The .50cal "walker" is really original.
ReplyDeleteWhat did you use for the wings on the pegasus ?

ReplyDeleteThat Pegasus is inspired!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious, what rules are you building this Empire army for?
That walker looks way cool too. Lined up against the 20mm German - Weird War 2 anyone?
