star wars

 Star wars in 20mm was always one of the items on my to-do list. as a child I loved to paint german matchbox soldiers white to represent stormtroopers, a darth vader with a paper cape, and airfix german mountaintroops as Hoth rebels. now with 3d printing a real 20mm hoth battle is in reach.

The AT-AT is a model from revell, stated as 1:43 scale, but in my opinion much closer to 1:72

40k Imperial Guard

I always liked the warhammer 40.000 universe. Their models, the background, The grimm dark future setting. I always thought it was a shame they didn't chooseto go for 20mm scale. Big enough to have some good looking models, small enough to have a decent force on the table. Now with modern 3d printing technology it is a possibility...

A new toy.

My new toy arrived today. It is a Elegoo Saturn 3d printer. It has a bigger print area and is faster then my beloved Anycubic Photon. Here they stand happely next to each other. Have to do some propper cable management, but I couldn't wait to get printing
